How would you describe your Mirka Bridal Couture experience?
My experience with Mirka was seamless, i was made feel so relaxed and reassured from the start and never had any doubts that my dress was going to be perfect.
Can you tell us a bit about your dress?
I did not hugely enjoy the ‘trying on’ process while wedding dress shopping so when I found Mirka and was presented with the idea of having my dress made, I jumped at the chance. I found some images on Pinterest and coupled these with some images of dresses I’d previously found in shops, and these were then combined to make the final dress.
How did you find the process of having a dress made to measure for you?
I found the process initially quite daunting, as its fear of the unknown. However after my first appointment I was so excited as I felt extremely reassured and confident in mirka bridal couture. Sometimes it was hard for me to picture the end result and I had to trust the process. But overall I just felt pure excitement throughout.
How did you feel in your dress on the day?
On the day, I felt overwhelmed by how much I truly loved my final look. The dress was in short, perfection.
Tell us more about your big day / What was your biggest wedding inspiration?
I didn’t really have wedding inspiration as such, but all I wanted was to feel timeless and happy.
What is your favourite picture from your wedding day and why is this image so special to you?
My favourite picture I believe captures the true joy I was feeling before leaving to head to the wedding. I was nervous, excited & felt the most beautiful I’d ever felt.
Finally, do you have any advice for future brides visiting Mirka Bridal Couture?
My advice would be, trust the process and trust mirka. She is incredibly talented and knows exactly what she is doing! And lastly - DO IT! It could be the best wedding decision you make!
